Let’s begin.

Prior to your mediation, each participant should complete an individual Mediation Statement and sign the Agreement to Mediate.

These documents will answer important questions, and will provide space for participants to share pertinent background information.

Google Drive Instructions:

• Click “File” from the top left corner menu.

• The sixth option within the File dropdown menu is “Download”

• Select the file version you wish to use. (Usually “Microsoft Word docx.”)

  You may download a copy and save a completed version to email, or print a copy and scan and email it to lauren@compassmediators.com
